William Aldiss VI
Founder & Managing Director
East Anglian Languages was founded by William Aldiss VI, a British language consultant whose passion for education, communication and personal development led to the creation of the first British language school in Mladá Boleslav.
William comes from a long-established English family whose roots can be traced back through multiple generations in Norfolk, England. As the sixth consecutive William Aldiss, he proudly continues a family tradition that spans generations and is built upon values of integrity, professionalism and service.
The Aldiss family has a long history of entrepreneurship and community involvement. For generations, the family name has been associated with one of Norfolk’s best-known independent family businesses, where a reputation for quality, trust and outstanding customer service was built over many decades. Those same principles continue to inspire the way East Anglian Languages operates today.
Having lived in the Czech Republic for more than a decade, William combines the strengths of British educational principles with a deep understanding of Czech culture, business and education. This unique perspective allows him to bridge two cultures and create language programmes that are practical, engaging and focused on real-world communication.
Throughout his career, William has worked with multinational corporations, public institutions, executives and private clients across a wide range of industries. His expertise includes Business English, executive communication, language coaching, confidence building and the design of bespoke language programmes tailored to the individual needs of every client.

Kate Sandodze-Aldiss
Head of Children’s Education & Examination Preparation
Kate leads our Children’s Education and Examination Preparation departments, ensuring that every student receives the guidance, structure and support needed to achieve their full potential.
She specialises in preparing students for Cambridge English Qualifications and the English Maturita Examination, helping learners understand not only the language itself but also the techniques and strategies required to succeed in their examinations.
Kate is equally passionate about working with children and young learners. She believes that confidence, encouragement and positive relationships form the foundation of successful language learning. Her structured yet supportive approach enables children to enjoy learning while developing the communication skills they need for school, future studies and life beyond the classroom.
Kate has personally guided every one of her examination students to a successful pass, combining expert preparation with individual support and encouragement throughout the learning journey. Her commitment is to ensure that every student is thoroughly prepared, confident and equipped to achieve the very best result they are capable of.
